As a Midwestern I was absolutely shocked by how amazing this BBQ was! The owner is fueled by his passion for making such amazing food which really added to the overall experience. Great BBQ doesn't need sauce, this was melt in your mouth full of flavor BBQ that is beyond hard to find in Colorado. 10/10 Recommend!

Wowwwww!!!! George served us a couple sandwiches at a brewery today from the truck and I’m in awe. Both the Qbano and the Korean bbq sandwich were to die for! The chips were so thin and so crisp and the bread was baked this morning and incredible! I will be hunting this food truck down in the future!

My only complaint is how bad the man is at marketing. When you’re ordering the sandwich, you don’t know that the brisket was smoked for 16 hrs, or that the pastrami was brined for 2 weeks, or that he made all the buns fresh that morning from slow fermented dough. Once you taste it, your taste buds go wild and you’re questioning what the hell just happened. You can taste the passion and the love put into each sandwich. He’s not a typical food truck. The man is slinging slam’n sandos. Track him down and give him your money. On top of all that, he’s just a good dude. We spoke for a few minutes and I’d happily invite him over for thanksgiving — as long as he’s cooking!

Where do I even begin! Absolutely delicious sandwiches, from the made from scratch ingredients to the care the owner puts into his food. I got to try the Korean Pork Belly BLT and the Brisket sandwiches today, I wish I had more room in the stomach for more. The potato salad was very good too, coming from someone who usually doesn't like potato salad. Give this place a try Wednesdays and Thursday 11-2 at 9351 Grant St. Thorton

Time and time again, George’s sandos are top notch. My wife loves the smoked turkey, and I’ve enjoyed the carnitas and pulled pork on many occasions when they stop by Rails End. Amazing homemade bread and homemade chips as well!
